Data Protection Declaration

As a global provider of enterprise AI systems, Aurelia Innovatives is committed to the highest standards of data privacy. This declaration outlines our alignment with major privacy frameworks, specifically theEU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and theIndia Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

EU GDPR Compliance

For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), Aurelia Innovatives acts as both a Data Controller (for our own marketing and analytics) and a Data Processor (when deploying AI systems for EU clients).

  • Lawful Basis: We only process personal data when we have a legitimate interest, explicit consent, or a contractual necessity.
  • Data Subject Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data (the "Right to be Forgotten").
  • Cross-Border Transfers: Data transferred outside the EEA is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust encryption standards.

India DPDP Act Compliance

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), we ensure that:

  • Notice & Consent: Personal data is processed only for lawful purposes with clear notice provided to Data Principals.
  • Data Fiduciary Duties: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.
  • Data Minimization: Our AI models and systems are designed to train on and process the minimum amount of PII required to achieve the objective.

AI Systems & Proprietary Data

A core tenet of our Artificial Intelligence Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) is absolute data sovereignty. When we build, fine-tune, or deploy models (such as Zorat or Vibalitics) for our clients:

  • Client data is never pooled or used to train foundational models shared with other clients.
  • Enterprise deployments can be air-gapped or deployed securely within the client's own virtual private cloud (VPC).
  • Model weights and pipelines become the intellectual property of the client upon project completion.
