By accessing the website at aurelia.tech or engaging Aurelia Innovatives for consulting and software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site and services.

2. Consulting & Software Licenses

Aurelia Innovatives provides AI consulting services and proprietary software (including but not limited to Vibalitics, Zorat, and AI Business OS). The specific deliverables, SLAs, and payment schedules for these services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly with clients. These Terms of Service govern general website use and preliminary engagements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, code, and frameworks such as AIDLC) is the property of Aurelia Innovatives and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Client IP: Any proprietary data provided by a client for the purpose of custom AI modeling remains the exclusive property of the client.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products to:

  • Violate any local, state, or international laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any of our public-facing AI endpoints or systems.
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurelia Innovatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use our website or general services. Liability for enterprise deployments is governed exclusively by the applicable MSA.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
