Refund & SLA Policy

1. Nature of Business

Aurelia Innovatives is a B2B enterprise AI consulting and software firm. We do not operate a consumer e-commerce storefront and do not process direct credit card payments for retail goods on our website. As such, standard consumer refund policies (e.g., "30-day money-back guarantee") do not apply.

2. Consulting Services & Retainers

Payments for strategic consulting, embedded teams, and bespoke AI development are governed strictly by the Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA) signed by the client.

  • Milestone Payments: Fees are typically structured around project milestones. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Retainers: Monthly retainers for ongoing support or agentic drift operations are billed in advance. Cancellations must be made according to the notice period stipulated in the contract (typically 30 to 60 days).

3. Software Licensing (Vibalitics, Zorat, AI Business OS)

Licenses for our proprietary platforms are provided on an annual or multi-year basis. Because deployments involve significant upfront provisioning, integration, and security auditing, software licensing fees are strictly non-refundable once the deployment phase has commenced, unless a critical Service Level Agreement (SLA) breach occurs.

4. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We stand behind the reliability of our production systems. Specific uptime guarantees, latency targets, and accuracy thresholds are defined in individual client contracts.

If a deployed system fails to meet the contracted SLA, remedies—which may include service credits, extended support, or pro-rated fee adjustments—will be applied as detailed in the MSA.
